Where

  • Montville Community Park - 130 Changebridge Rd, Montville, NJ 07045.
  • I can come to you - available for team training lessons!
  • Looking for indoor facility - to continue trainings all year round, in any weather.

When

  • Weekdays - Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Anytime during the day - contact me to find a time that works for you!
  • 1hr training sessions - if you would like to train for longer, let me know and I can accommodate!

Workouts

  • Shooting - three point, mid-range, finishing around the rim/through contact, and form shooting.
  • Dribbling - customized ball handling drills for every skill level.
  • Defense - perimeter, interior, on-ball, and off-ball defensive drills.
